Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager / Regional Marketing Head Job Type: Full-time | On-site | Field-based Job Summary: The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and generating leads in assigned geographical areas. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers, local partners, and retailers to promote products/services and support sales objectives through on-ground marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute field marketing activities such as product demos, exhibitions, roadshows, and campaigns. Visit retail outlets, distributors, or client locations to promote the brand and products. Build relationships with channel partners, retailers, and local influencers. Distribute marketing materials (brochures, leaflets, product samples, etc.) during field visits. Collect customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information from the field. Generate leads and work closely with the sales team to ensure follow-ups and conversions. Ensure brand visibility through appropriate signage, displays, and merchandising at point-of-sale locations. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and prepare field reports for management. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and exhibitions as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus. Energetic, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of successful field campaigns executed. Lead generation volume and quality. Growth in brand awareness in target region. Engagement with retail/channel partners. Field reporting accuracy and timeliness.
