Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage workforce and materials on construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities on the construction site. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely project completion. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or quality concerns. Ensure proper use and maintenance of materials and tools on-site. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labour attendance and material usage. Ensure health & safety protocols are followed strictly. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a site supervisor in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Good knowledge of civil construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Strong work ethic and a hands-on attitude. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to travel or stay on-site as needed.
