We’re looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to be the face of our brand and ensure a smooth salon experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism. Handle client check-ins, bookings, and inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, Instagram). Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate with technicians. Manage billing, payments, and daily cash records. Keep reception and waiting area neat and presentable. Promote salon services, offers, and memberships to clients. Assist in maintaining client databases and follow-ups. RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented. Basic computer and mobile handling skills (WhatsApp, Google Calendar, etc.). Ability to multitask and handle clients efficiently.
