FORSTU is a platform with a mission to connect Students with different Scholarship Opportunities globally. FORSTU works as a Scholarship aggregator which helps students to search right Scholarships for them. Our aim is to provide support to the Scholarship Providers (Like -NGO, Corporates, Foundations, and HNI Individuals) by managing the end-to-end scholarship process with technology driven solutions in transparent and efficient manner. We aim to serve Individuals as well as organizations in designing their customized scholarship programs in alignment with their social vision. FORSTU also runs a Scholarship Facilitation facilitation center through which it provides Automatic Resubmission Services for Students.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations, managing field staff, and ensuring successful implementation of projects. They will build relationships with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and provide regular reports. The role also includes ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Representative to serve as the face of our organization in the field. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and community partners while ensuring effective execution of our programs, services, and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, customers, and stakeholders in assigned territories.
  • Conduct on-site visits to promote products, services, or programs and gather feedback from the field.
  • Identify new opportunities, prospects, and potential partnerships to expand organizational reach.
  • Provide timely reporting on field activities, observations, and market insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements during field operations.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events, campaigns, or community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions promptly.


Salary: 10000 Rs to Rs 15000 per month


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or field operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; comfortable using mobile technology for field reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
