About the Company:

Lia Georson Pvt. Ltd. is a leading distribution and sales company specializing in IT products and apparel wholesale. We are expanding our shirts wholesale business in Kochi and looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting retail and wholesale clients in Kochi, taking orders, promoting new shirt collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors in Kochi and nearby areas to collect orders for shirts.
• Promote new collections and company offers to increase sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and product preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policy.
• Maintain daily visit and order reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Identify and approach new potential clients to expand the wholesale network.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in garment, apparel, textile, or FMCG sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam and basic English).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and Excel for recording orders.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
• Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
• Allowances: Fuel and travel allowance as per company policy

Reporting To:

Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Field Area: Kochi and surrounding wholesale markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
