Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Executive - Partner Relations and Programme at Egghead® Foundation & ESG Advisors. The Executive will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with partners, coordinating and implementing programs, organizing events, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives. Additional duties include conducting research, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the management team. Social Media Marketing Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with organizational goals. Create engaging and visually appealing content using Canva and other design tools. Schedule and manage posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Monitor engagement, track analytics, and optimize content based on performance insights. Collaborate with internal teams to highlight impact stories and success narratives. Business Development & Lead Generation Research and identify potential corporate partners and donors. Develop outreach strategies to engage businesses for CSR collaborations. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for partnerships. Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and track engagement progress. Build relationships with stakeholders to drive long-term collaborations. Program Management for CSR Projects Plan, execute, and monitor CSR initiatives in alignment with corporate partners. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project implementation. Ensure timely reporting and documentation of impact metrics. Conduct field visits and stakeholder meetings as required. Develop reports and case studies to showcase project impact. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations, managing field staff, and ensuring successful implementation of projects.
