1. Provide on-site IT support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and network devices. 2. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations in Windows and Linux environments. 3. Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook, Office 365, and mail clients like Thunderbird and Live Mail. 4. Maintain and monitor antivirus solutions, backup processes, and system health. 5. Perform OS installations (Windows/Linux), server management, and patch updates. 6. Administer Windows Server (2008R2, 2012R2) including roles like ADDS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Hyper-V, WDS, WSUS. 7. Handle remote desktop and VPN configurations. 8. Provide first-level support for file servers, FTP, and domain-related issues. 9. Regularly update documentation and generate weekly/monthly reports. Skills Required: Ø Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and infrastructure support. Ø Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments. Ø Good experience with Outlook, Office 365, and basic mail configurations. Ø Hands-on experience with virtualization tools (VMware, VirtualBox). Ø Basic scripting and command-line expertise in Linux. Ø Knowledge of firewall and endpoint security tools. Eligibility Criteria: Ø BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field. Ø Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration. Ø CCNA Certification is a must. Ø Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (preferred). Ø Should be ready to travel within Bangalore for on-site support tasks.
