IT trainer

 Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver interactive training sessions in Web Development, Java, Python, and Cybersecurity. 2.Guide MCA, BE/B.Tech, M.Tech, and BCA students on their academic internship projects. 3.  Develop structured project modules, assignments, and real-time use cases. 4. Mentor students one-on-one and in groups, helping them understand industry expectations and best practices. 5.  Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and evaluation metrics. 6. Ensure all sessions are engaging, hands-on, and aligned with the latest industry trends. 7.Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback. 8.  Coordinate with internal teams for lab setup, assessment tools, and technical content development.    Technical Skillset Required: 1.      Strong knowledge and teaching experience in at least two of the following: Ø  Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.) Ø Java (Core & Advanced, Spring Boot) Ø Python (with Django/Flask, data handling, etc.) Ø Cybersecurity (basic to advanced concepts, tools, and practical implementation) 2.      Familiarity with tools like Git, GitHub, Postman, VS Code, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Linux CLI, etc. 3.      Understanding of academic project lifecycle, documentation formats, and college evaluation systems. 4.      Excellent presentation, communication, and mentorship skills.   Eligibility Criteria: •   Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. • Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a trainer or software developer with mentoring responsibilities. •  Prior experience training college students or interns is a strong advantage. • Passionate about teaching and shaping future tech talent.
