Fresher or Experienced Candidates Can Apply Position: IT Trainer – Full Stack Web Development, AI & Data Science We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Trainer to join our team and help shape the future of tech talent! Whether you're a fresher with strong technical skills and a passion for teaching or an experienced developer looking to share your knowledge, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions in: Full Stack Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, SQL/NoSQL, Git). Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) fundamentals. Data Science tools and techniques (Python, data analysis, visualization, and key libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.). Develop real-world projects, labs, and coding challenges to reinforce learning. Create clear and comprehensive training materials, including slides, guides, and code samples. Mentor and support students through their assignments and capstone projects. Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in web development, AI, ML, and Data Science. Evaluate student progress and provide detailed, constructive feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of Full Stack Web Development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express. Databases: SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Version control systems: Git/GitHub. Knowledge of AI/ML and Data Science concepts and tools: Python programming. Libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch (basics). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, engaging lessons. A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow. Preferred Qualifications:Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience in IT or related fields. Certifications in Web Development, Data Science, or AI/ML (e.g., Google AI, IBM Data Science, Microsoft Azure AI, etc.). Familiarity with additional tools or frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js, Docker, AWS, Flask). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or deployment platforms. Why Join Us?
