Job Description

1.      Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients 2.      Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle – lead generation, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure 3.      Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers in verticals like IT, BFSI,manufacturing, and public sector 4.      Collaborate with technical teams to create solution-based proposals tailored to client needs 5.      Maintain accurate deal records and follow-ups using Zoho CRM 6.      Represent TechCiti at client meetings, demos, and industry events 7.      Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets 8.      Stay updated on industry trends, OEM products, and compliance-driven IT buying Behavior   ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in IT infrastructure or technology services • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain value to non-technical decisionmakers • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and proposal building • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team collaborative • Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Engineering (MBA preferred)
