• Compensation:

  Fixed salary + annual performance bonus (up to X months' salary based on company and individual performance)

• Salary:

  Commensurate with experience, open for discussion.

• Performance Reviews:

  Held annually, with the next review in March 2026 or 12 months after joining, whichever comes first.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Development -

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and revenue streams for the production house.
• Strategize and implement plans to enhance the companys market reach, targeting potential clients, agencies, and emerging markets.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls with potential clients and agencies, fostering relationships and exploring business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, award functions, seminars, and networking forums to build connections and promote the company.
• Regularly update and maintain client & agency databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for business development and relationship management.

• Additional Responsibilities -

• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, advertising campaigns, and competitor activities to guide business development strategies.
• Prepare detailed proposals to support business development efforts and secure new
• Opportunities.
• Oversee corporate gifting initiatives, including vendor research, order management, and ensuring timely delivery to clients and partners.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of freelance creative collaborators to support partnerships and assist in the development of pitches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:

  A degree in Business/Marketing, Media Production, or a related field (postgraduate preferred).

• Experience:

  1-3 years in a similar role within a film production house, video production company, or advertising agency.

• Skills:

• Strong client relationship management and servicing abilities.
• Familiarity with creative and production processes in advertising.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for storytelling and creating impactful content.

• Communication:

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in professional interactions via E-mail, WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

• Negotiation:

  Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive quotes from collaborators and maximize revenue opportunities from clients and agencies.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools / softwares, Photoshop is a plus.

PROBATION PERIOD:

• The position includes a probation period of 3 months. During this period, the company will assess the candidate's ability to execute the responsibilities required for the role and evaluate their fit within the company culture.
• Similarly, the candidate may also use this time to assess whether the role aligns with their long-term objectives and vision.
• Please note that during the probation period, the candidate will not be eligible for vacation or discretionary leaves. Only sick leave will be permitted.
