The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining client relationships, and helping us grow our market share in the IT industry. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication and sales skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end Sales : Identify and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, networking strategies, etc. 2. Sales Presentations & Demos : Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, and live demos to prospective clients, showcasing our IT solutions. 3. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, offering personalized solutions. 4. Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline. 5. Market Research : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and stay competitive. 6. CRM Data Management : Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with client information, leads, and sales progress. 7. Collaboration with Team : Work closely with the team to align sales strategies and provide seamless customer service. 8. Closing Sales : Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer support or project delivery team. 9. Strong Inside Sales Experience is Mandatory in software sales.
