Job Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  Leverage your expertise in identifying new opportunities and drive growth. Ferro Alloy Industry knowledge is essential.

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan for FY25, focusing on domestic market expansion.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Drive sales efforts to meet assigned targets in Ferro Alloys & Chrome alloy sales.

• Key Account Management:

  Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term success.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build lasting partnerships, with a focus on top-tier clients and driving customer satisfaction.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure the highest standards of product quality, managing processes and compliance.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

  Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, stores, quality) and external partners (transporters, customers) to ensure smooth operations.

• Marketing Creativity:

  Take the lead on creating and executing marketing events to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

• End-to-End Order Management:

  Oversee the complete order-to-delivery cycle to ensure smooth execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in selling ferro alloy products.
• In-depth knowledge of the ferro alloy industry.
• Access to key players and senior executives in steel organizations.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Skilled in navigating complex negotiations and aligning business objectives.
