Role Description

Team Lead – Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Travel Consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Set individual and team goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist team members in closing deals, handling escalations, and providing solutions to client queries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and increase customer retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and customer experience.
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and travel market changes to stay ahead.
  • Regularly report sales performance, forecasts, and insights to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the travel industry.

  • Master’s degree in business or a related field. Candidates with qualifications from top-tier or premium colleges will be given a preference.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
