Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Service professional in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food items efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
