Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Service professional in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food items efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall dining experience.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
