Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Banquet Manager to join our team, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services for events and meetings.
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing, and service standards for banquets and events.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage waste control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, pricing, and service standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
