Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Banquet Manager to join our team, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage services for events and meetings.
Develop and implement menus, pricing, and service standards for banquets and events.
Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and manage waste control measures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, pricing, and service standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
