Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced F&B Associates to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety in food and beverage services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
