Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as F&B Associates in Fortune Hosur. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
