Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain inventory levels.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in hospitality operations.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of hospitality operations, including food safety protocols and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is desirable.
