Fashion Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

Designer & Store Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
• Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements.
• Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.

Business Growth & Brand Development

• Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies.
• Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.

Onboarding & Partnerships

• Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company’s vision.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
• Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in fashion merchandising.
• Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with

  designers and multi-designer stores

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a

  hybrid environment
