Job Description – Fashion Merchandiser Location: Delhi (NCR) Work Type: Hybrid Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, while also contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio. This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Designer & Store Management Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores. Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements. Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores. Business Growth & Brand Development Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies. Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through. Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall. Onboarding & Partnerships Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company’s vision. Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners. Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising. Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with designers and multi-designer stores . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment .
