Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Manage raw material sourcing and follow up with suppliers/vendors. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production. Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendars and production reports. Handle sampling, approvals, and documentation. Support in resolving production-related issues and bottlenecks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in garment production/merchandising. Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
