Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production and factory operations Ensure optimal use of resources: manpower, machinery, and materials Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, stores, and logistics teams Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Monitor inventory, track productivity, and reduce operational losses Lead and motivate factory teams to meet production targets Generate daily MIS reports and ensure system data accuracy Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Engineering / Production / Industrial Management 510 years of experience in factory operations Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
