Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for value-added products (e.g., flavored dry fruits, health snacks, health bars, packaged blends). Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional buyers, and modern trade partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Drive the launch of new products and SKUs in domestic and export markets. Develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans to boost product visibility and sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams marketing, production, R&D for product positioning and innovations. Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meets for business expansion. Provide regular market feedback for product improvement and development. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in FMCG business development, preferably in value-added or niche product segments Strong network in retail, distribution, and institutional sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Self-motivated with a growth mindset and result-oriented approach Willingness to travel as per business requirements
