Role & responsibilities Produce a variety of handcrafted chocolate items Manage tempering, enrobing, and molding techniques Develop new flavors, fillings, and designs Ensure consistency, hygiene, and quality in all products Maintain inventory and assist with sourcing ingredients Collaborate with the team for festive or limited-edition launches Preferred candidate profile Diploma or certification in pastry or culinary arts preferred 15 years of experience as a Chocolatier or Pastry Chef Strong knowledge of chocolate-making techniques Creative flair with attention to detail Familiarity with food safety standards
