Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative recipes and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area. Train and mentor junior staff members in baking techniques. Skills and Qualifications 8-18 years of experience in a bakery or culinary environment. Proficient in various baking techniques and methods. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent creativity and attention to detail in food presentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of various baking equipment and their maintenance.
