To qualify for this role, you should have a strong passion for chocolate and baking, enthusiasm for learning, good communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Prior professional experience is not required as we will provide comprehensive training. You should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
