Role Description: Act as the technical advisor and product expert for clients on-site, helping translate their requirements into practical prefab solutions Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and architects to develop and present customized proposals Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to support the sales process Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders Prepare and review project documentation, drawings, and quotations Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery and installation Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to foster repeat business and referrals Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Experience in the prefab construction industry Sales Engineering skills 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or project engineering, preferably in prefab/modular construction In-depth knowledge of the specifications and technical details of various prefab products Technical Support and Customer Service experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience Strong Communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu and presentation skills Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Show more Show less
