Role Overview:We are hiring a qualified Project/Sales Engineer with direct experience in prefab or precast engineering. This role demands an individual capable of handling the complete project lifecycle—from sales and marketing to client coordination, technical drawings, production oversight, and final delivery. Only candidates with proven experience in prefabricated/modular construction will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project execution, including sales, marketing, design coordination, production, and delivery Prepare layouts, structural drawings, and accurate BOQs and cost estimations Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution Liaise with internal design, production, and installation teams to meet timelines Ensure compliance with prefab standards, insulation requirements, and modular best practices Demonstrate a strong understanding of the processes involved in prefab, modular, and precast construction, including design-to-delivery workflows Provide project progress updates, address site issues, and ensure client satisfaction Support business growth through technical presentations and solution-oriented selling Required Skills & Competencies:Mandatory: Experience in prefabricated / precast engineering Strong knowledge of prefab production methods, materials, and industry standards Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D structural detailing) Exposure to StaadPro, ETABS, or Revit is an added advantage Ability to read, prepare, and review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications Strong client management and site coordination skills Hands-on experience in preparing BOQ, estimates, and project documentation Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu Candidate Profile:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent (Compulsory) Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of proven work in prefab/modular/precast construction projects Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision Strictly Note: Applicants without relevant prefab/precast experience will not be shortlisted. This role requires specialized industry knowledge—general civil or construction experience alone will not be considered.
