Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Factory Operations Manager for our Ahmedabad location. The Factory Operations Manager will oversee daily factory operations, ensure production meets quality standards, and manage schedules and resources to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to meet production goals and addressing any manufacturing issues that arise.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
