Seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead end-to-end production of Bathroom PODs, Kitchen PODs & Living PODs at a world-class modular manufacturing facility. Strong experience in factory operations, Lean, 5S, QC, production planning, and team leadership is required.

Key Responsibilities Manage complete factory operations and daily production activities (structure, MEP, waterproofing, tiling, carpentry, panelling, final assembly). Prepare and execute weekly/monthly production plans to meet POD delivery targets. Ensure strict adherence to SOP/WI, QC standards, dimensional tolerances, and safety norms. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate closely with Design, Engineering, QA/QC, Sourcing, and Logistics teams. ¢ Track and report production metrics: takt time, cycle time, throughput, rejection rate, labour productivity. ¢ Manage material flow, inventory, vendor support, and resource planning. ¢ Drive EHS compliance and preventive maintenance of shop-floor equipment. Skills Required ¢ Factory Operations Management ¢ Modular Construction / Prefab / POD Manufacturing (Preferred) ¢ Production Planning & Scheduling ¢ Lean, 5S, Kaizen ¢ Quality Control & Process Optimization ¢ Team Leadership & Workforce Management ¢ Reading GFC drawings, BOMs, engineering details ¢ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate Profile ¢ 8 - 15 years of experience in factory operations or manufacturing. ¢ Background in modular construction, prefab, automotive, panel manufacturing, or assembly-line systems. ¢ Ability to lead a 100+ workforce in a high-precision, high-volume environment. ¢ Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project setting.
