Job Profile:

• Develop and implement QA standards, processes, and procedures across projects and teams.
• Conduct detailed inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for quality issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to address quality concerns at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Prepare, Review and approve quality documentation such as inspection reports, test plans, FMEA, PPAP, and quality control plans.
• Manage quality metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Mentor and train junior QA engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Support supplier quality audits and vendor assessments.
• Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement programs.

Preferred

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and relevant fields).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in engineering or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven knowledge of QA tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with international standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in QA tools, instruments and MS Office.

Good to have:

• Manufacturing experience in similar type of companies will be a plus
• Good people and communication skills
