Factory Operations Manager

As an experienced and highly responsible Factory Operations Manager for our manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, your role will involve complete ownership of factory operations. You must have a strong operational understanding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end factory processes. It is essential to reside in or around Bahadurgarh to ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and external vendors, executing tasks assigned by senior management in a timely and performance-oriented manner. - Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for seamless production. - Build, update, and implement SOPs ensuring strict compliance. - Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for efficient machinery performance. - Oversee and monitor all factory activities for smooth daily operations. - Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects assigned by senior management. - Conduct training sessions and create training videos for staff. - Track daily targets and work with teams to ensure timely achievement. - Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up for operational tasks. - Lead cross-functional teams for process improvement, audits, and compliance. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries. - Must be based in or near Bahadurgarh, Haryana. - Strong understanding of production processes, machinery handling, and plant coordination. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions. - Strong communication skills for coordination with various stakeholders. - Experience in creating and implementing SOPs. - Ability to create training videos and conduct internal training. - Target-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong leadership qualities for team management and process enforcement.
