Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Factory Operations Manager for our manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Bahadurgarh and should have strong operational understanding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end factory processes.
This role requires complete ownership of factory operations, smooth coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and the ability to execute all tasks assigned by senior management in a timely and performance-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify bottlenecks across the manufacturing line and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless production.
  • Build, update, and implement SOPs across departments; ensure strict compliance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure zero downtime and efficient machinery performance.
  • Oversee and monitor all factory activities, ensuring smooth daily operations with minimal errors.
  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks and projects assigned by the Director or senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions and create training videos for staff to improve process understanding and operational efficiency.
  • Track daily targets and work with teams to ensure timely and accurate achievement.
  • Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up across all operational tasks.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams for process improvement, audits, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries.
  • Must be based in or near Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, machinery handling, and plant coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with senior management, maintenance teams, and vendors.
  • Experience in creating and implementing SOPs.
  • Ability to create training videos and conduct internal training.
  • Target-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and enforce process discipline.
