Job Title: Factory In-Charge Industry: Manufacturing / Production Location: Coimbatore Experience: 8–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Factory In-Charge with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of quality output while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee entire factory operations including production planning, execution, and workforce management. Lead and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor workers to meet production and quality goals. Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery). Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliance. Implement lean manufacturing practices, continuous improvement strategies, and cost-saving initiatives. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, R&D, and management to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain production reports, MIS data, and present performance reviews to senior management. Drive employee training, discipline, and engagement to boost productivity. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. 8–10 years of proven experience in factory management or plant operations. Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis-handling skills. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality management (ISO/TPM), and compliance. Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and production management tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
