  : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering + MBA in Operations (preferred)

About the Role

Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant operations ensuring optimal workflow and productivity
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor quality control, health & safety standards, and legal compliance
• Supervise and train factory staff to maintain high performance and morale
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to improve processes
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely repair of equipment and utilities
• Manage inventory, control material usage, and minimize wastage
• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and internal audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for smooth execution
• Present production reports and KPIs to senior management

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of plant operations, cost control, and safety standards
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of labor law, factory compliance, and workforce planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• MBA in Operations or Production Management (preferred)
• 8–10 years of experience in a factory or plant setting, with proven results in process optimization and team leadership
