Factory Manager

**Job Description** As the Factory Incharge, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory. You will be responsible for creating a daily production plan and ensuring that materials are readily available for the workers as per the plan. Providing clear instructions to the laborers on the production requirements and communicating daily schedules to the moulding and assembly departments will be crucial aspects of your job.
