Factory HR Manager

As an Industrial Relations/Plant HR/Factory HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR within a manufacturing facility. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws. - Managing employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues. - Maintaining and taking care of all new and old employee databases. - Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits. - Maintaining accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree in HR is a plus. - At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws. - Proficiency in HRMS Software. - Experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience in the electronic industry is a plus. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. In addition to the above, you will be required to provide your current CTC and Notice Period as part of the application process. This is a full-time position located in Vasai, Maharashtra, with benefits including paid time off. Relocation before starting work is preferred.,
