Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Blue-Collar Hiring) Location: Kalyan, Maharashtra Work Timings: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | Field-based Perks: Telephone facility | PF & ESIC available | On-time salary guaranteed About the Company – Red Fort PPE Industries Pvt. Role Overview We are looking for a field-based TA recruiter who specializes in hiring blue-collar workers for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk hiring, coordination with contractors/labour agencies, and understanding the manpower needs of a factory environment. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit blue-collar workers such as tailors, machine operators, packers, helpers, and quality checkers. Coordinate with local labour agencies, job centers, and training institutes. Conduct field visits to sourcing hubs for manpower. Handle walk-in interviews, initial screening, and onboarding documentation. Ensure recruitment targets are met within timelines. Maintain a daily database and recruitment tracker. Assist with background checks and verifications. Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies. Candidate Requirements Experience: 4–5 years of experience in recruiting blue-collar manpower, preferably in garment/textile or PPE manufacturing. Industry Preference: Candidates from PPE kits, textile, or garment manufacturing industries will be given preference. Skills: Strong networking ability, proactive attitude, and hands-on experience with field recruitment. Education: Graduate or relevant HR certification preferred.
