Position: Sampling Coordinator
Location: Kalyan
Industry: Textile Manufacturing (Specializing in PPE & Industrial Workwear)
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers from textile/fashion background can apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Shift: General Shift Only

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sampling Coordinator to support our merchandising and product development team in our Kalyan unit. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers from the textile or fashion industry who are eager to begin their career in sampling and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with tailoring/unit teams for sample stitching and timely delivery
• Assist in tracking fabric, trims, and accessories needed for samples
• Help maintain sample records, approvals, and dispatch logs
• Support the Merchandising and Product Development teams with sample handovers and status updates
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding sample materials and timelines
• Prepare and maintain sampling trackers and internal reports
• Ensure cleanliness and proper labeling of all sample pieces

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Textile, Fashion, or Apparel Design/Production
• 0–1 year of experience in garment/textile industry (internship/fresher acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment components
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
