Sampling Coordinator

As a Sampling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with design and merchandising teams to bring the product vision to life. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with various vendors such as fabric textile mills, dyeing factories, printing units, and embroidery houses to ensure timely availability of materials for sampling. - Evaluating design feasibility in terms of cost, lead time, and production capability. - Researching and suggesting new fabric bases, finishes, textures, and embellishments tailored to target markets. - Planning and overseeing the development of product samples, managing timelines and stages efficiently. - Monitoring sample accuracy to align with buyer specifications, tech packs, and design references. - Maintaining detailed records of sample status, inventory, costs, lead times, and feedback for future enhancements. - Managing physical sample inventory and keeping the sample room/display area well-organized. - Coordinating logistics for domestic and international sample dispatches. Preferred Qualifications for this role include: - Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and textile processes, with experience in Textile Sampling Job (experience in home textiles Division is a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP software. - Strong attention to detail and aesthetics, combined with a practical product sense. - Capability to manage multiple developments and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to adapt to change, learn new skills, and be a proactive team player in problem-solving scenarios. This role is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
