Facility Manager

As an Assistant Manager - Facility at our company located in Thane, GB Road, you will play a crucial role in managing spaces and ensuring the smooth functioning of our properties. With 5 to 10 years of experience in facility/property management, you will be responsible for overseeing both soft and hard services including security, housekeeping, maintenance, MEP, and landscaping. Your strong leadership and coordination skills will be essential in handling day-to-day operations, safety, and upkeep of our properties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee soft & hard services such as security, housekeeping, maintenance, MEP, and landscaping - Ensure uninterrupted functioning of building systems including electrical, HVAC, DG, lifts, and fire safety - Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and service level tracking - Supervise AMCs, budgets, and procurement of facility services - Conduct safety audits, preventive maintenance, and ensure statutory compliance - Implement SOPs to maintain a professional environment - Handle fit-outs, refurbishments, and minor civil work as required - Lead on-site staff and ensure timely resolution of complaints **Qualification Required:** - Graduate in Facility Management - 5+ years of experience in facility/property management - Knowledge of vendor contracts, SLAs, compliance norms, and sustainability practices - Proficiency in facility management software/tools - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi If you have a passion for facility and property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
