Facility Manager

The Facilities Manager will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities across the group’s various projects.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day facility operations, supervising maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, optimizing space and resource utilization, and managing budgets.

The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with project teams, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth, safe, and cost-effective facility management across all group projects. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem - solving skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
