Insurance Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Insurance in the automobile industry, you will oversee all aspects of insurance-related activities, including managing risk, developing policies, and ensuring compliance. Your responsibilities will include optimizing insurance coverage, negotiating with providers, and training staff on risk management practices. You will also be responsible for setting and contributing to sales targets of Renewal & New Motor Insurance, establishing team objectives & goals, and overseeing, training, and supporting team members to achieve customer service. Additionally, you will consult and collaborate with Insurance partners, leverage internal opportunities across business verticals, ensure process compliance, and organize insurance solutions to group requirements in motor & property insurance.
