Job Description: Facility Manager

Company: Infinite Spiritual Lifestyle Location: Mount Abu Department: Administration & Operations Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations Direct Reports: Maintenance Staff, Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Pest Control, Cleaning Staff (Common Areas). Job Summary: Oversees the complete maintenance, operation, and aesthetic upkeep of all Infinite Spiritual Lifestyle properties, including the Residential Units, Healthcare/Wellness Centre , and all Common/Recreational areas. The Facility Manager ensures a seamless, safe, and serene environment that supports the company’s spiritual mission and high standards of service delivery.

1. Core Responsibilities (Operational Excellence)

The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall infrastructure and operational functionality of the entire complex:

A. Maintenance & Technical Operations

• Preventive Maintenance: Design, implement, and manage a robust Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for all critical assets, including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, elevators, and essential IT equipment.
• Reactive Maintenance: Oversee the swift and efficient resolution of all technical breakdowns and operational faults, minimizing downtime across all wings (Accommodation, Wellness, Healthcare).
• Vendor Management: Manage and evaluate all external service providers (e.g., specialized equipment servicing, waste disposal, specialized cleaning) to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility meets all local, state, and national regulations concerning fire safety, environmental standards, and building codes.

B. Infrastructure Management & Utility Control

• Power & Utilities: Manage the efficient and uninterrupted supply of power, water, and other utilities, including the operation and maintenance of generators and UPS systems.
• Smart Systems: Oversee the functionality of all smart building systems, security access controls, and common area CCTV monitoring systems.
• Budgeting & Procurement: Prepare and manage the annual facilities budget, controlling expenditure on maintenance, utilities, and capital projects. Coordinate with the Procurement Officer for timely ordering of essential spares and supplies.

C. Aesthetic & Environmental Upkeep

• Housekeeping Oversight: Coordinate with the Accommodation Manager to ensure all common areas, pathways, lobbies, and amenity spaces are maintained to a pristine standard, reflecting the spiritual and tranquil atmosphere of the lifestyle brand.
• Landscaping Coordination: Work closely with the Horticulturist and groundskeepers to maintain the therapy gardens, lawns, and green spaces, ensuring they contribute to the healing environment.

2. Cross-Departmental Coordination (Service Delivery)

The Facility Manager must act as a crucial link between various specialized departments:

• Healthcare Wing: Prioritize maintenance requests related to the ICU on Wheels unit, medical equipment support, and the Nature Cure & Wellness Centre to ensure zero disruption to critical medical services.
• Accommodation Services: Coordinate with the Accommodation Manager to handle maintenance and repairs within occupied residential units quickly and with minimal disturbance to residents.
• Security: Collaborate with the Chief Security Officer on perimeter management, access control integration, and emergency response planning.
• Recreation & F&B: Ensure all recreational facilities (Gym, Game Zone) and the Cafeteria’s kitchen equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or a related field. Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality, luxury residential, or healthcare sector.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in managing large-scale HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Must be calm under pressure and adept at crisis management.

4. Cultural & Spiritual Competencies (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
