Direct Reports: Housekeeping Staff (8), Front Desk Executive (2), Laundry Operators (4).

Job Summary: The Assistant Accommodation Manager supports the Accommodation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all residential and guest accommodation units. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, guest satisfaction, unit maintenance coordination, and front desk efficiency, all while contributing to the peaceful and harmonious living experience that defines Infinite Spiritual Lifestyle.

1. Core Operational Responsibilities

A. Housekeeping and Presentation

  • Standards Oversight: Supervise the daily activities of the Housekeeping Staff to ensure all accommodation units and assigned public areas (lobbies, corridors) are maintained to impeccable standards of cleanliness and aesthetic presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage linen, laundry, and cleaning supply inventory, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimizing waste. Oversee the Laundry Operators for the timely processing of all linen and resident laundry services.
  • Aesthetic Integrity: Conduct regular inspections of units (pre-arrival, post-departure) to ensure all furnishing, fixtures, and amenities are aligned with the high-quality, tranquil brand image.

B. Guest and Resident Services

  • Front Desk Management: Oversee the Front Desk Executives to ensure smooth and compassionate check-in and check-out processes, accurate billing, and professional handling of all resident queries and service requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for resident and guest complaints regarding accommodations, resolving issues promptly and tactfully while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Service Coordination: Manage internal communication channels to ensure seamless delivery of services from other departments (e.g., F&B room service, spa bookings, medical requests).

C. Maintenance and Security Coordination

  • Maintenance Workflow: Coordinate closely with the Facility Manager and maintenance staff to prioritize and track all unit-specific maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, AC repair) and ensure repairs are executed quickly and with minimal disruption to residents.
  • Security Protocol: Enforce strict access control and key management protocols in collaboration with the Chief Security Officer to ensure the absolute safety and privacy of all resident units.

2. Team Leadership and Compliance

  • Training and Development: Assist the Accommodation Manager in training new Housekeeping and Front Desk staff on service protocols, communication standards, and the company's unique cultural values.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports, focusing on efficiency, attention to detail, and guest feedback scores.
  • Compliance: Ensure all accommodation operations adhere to hygiene, safety, and operational standards, as well as state/local regulations regarding guest services.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within luxury hotels, serviced apartments, or high-end residential communities.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) software, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Aesthetics: High sensitivity to cleanliness, design, and maintaining a luxury ambiance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,927.44 - ₹57,560.10 per month
