As a Senior Associate | Lead Facility in the Facility Management department at Deutsche Brse Group, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and productive working environment for the employees. Your role will involve overseeing external service providers, conducting site inspections, addressing facility-related issues, supporting projects, collaborating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage contracts and performance of external service providers for building services such as cleaning, maintenance, and catering. - Conduct regular site inspections to uphold service quality and regulatory compliance. - Promptly respond to and resolve facility-related issues raised by employees. - Provide on-site support for office moves, renovations, and various projects. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise customized facility solutions. - Track budgets and expenses associated with facility services. - Contribute to enhancing facility management processes continuously. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. - Support sustainability efforts within the facility. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate setting. - Sound understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and health and safety standards. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. - Proficient in English (both written and verbal). - Excellent organizational and problem-solving aptitude. - Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Skills (Optional): - Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems. - Background in project management.
