Role Overview: As a Senior Associate | Lead Facility in the Facility Management department based in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for Deutsche Brse Group employees. Your role will involve managing external service providers, conducting site inspections, addressing facility-related issues, providing support for projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing budgets, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage contracts and performance of external service providers for building services such as cleaning, maintenance, and catering. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with regulations. - Respond to and resolve facility-related issues reported by employees promptly. - Provide on-site support for office moves, renovations, and projects. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored facility solutions. - Manage budgets and track expenses related to facility services. - Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Support sustainability initiatives within the facility. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate environment. - Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
