Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily facility operations, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
  • Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repair work.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and safety.
  • Supervise and support maintenance and janitorial staff.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and requests.
  • Respond promptly to occupant concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
